box you cellulite, box you.
hate being fat, and not having enough drive to do something about it. come on octeo you can do this.
from now on, no more bite-size chocolates at home, no more crackers. no more eating corntos when math gets in your way. get the butt up and exercise more. don't get lazy on the workouts. don't eat fast food. don't eat fast food, no matter what. don't eat fast food. eat subway, don't eat the chocolate flavoured cookies. stop complaining and wishing and whining because things never work that way. don't eat so much rice at night. don't eat fried dumplings frm stall 2 more than once a week. don't touch samosas unless you need something to cheer you up. don't buy milo. don't eat any other ice cream except soya ice cream. practise suona while standing up instead of sitting down.
AND ABOVE ALL, CONTROL YOURSELF.
you have everything it takes to lose the fat, except the one thing you lack- determination.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly a food addict. It's just my nature that I don't like the taste of any sort of dessert- that means no ice kacang, no cheng tng, no bobochacha or whatever. Except cheesecake though, my great big stumbling block (:
Hello, I don't even eat real ice cream on a regular basis. And I hate most excessively sweet stuff, I hate chocolate, I don't like eating biscuits.
fat frustrates me to no end.
why does it take me every ounce of effort- or even going beyond that, to the point of extremity, just to lose those pounds, just to get into shape? Face it- without shape, life's gonna be loads harder, 'specially if you're female. and why are some able to eat anything without feeling guilty, without even exercising, and without getting fat? Tell me! TELL ME!
