tangerines and craziness

YAY today me and mich went crazy.
After handing in the CAP Portfolios and watching the long long concert, me and mich and yian went to give tangerines to teachers! [whoo alliteration] Our victims? mr wolfe, miss tay and miss chen.
Initially we wanted to give miss ha the oranges but she wasn't in the staff room. Anyway, we saw miss tay and gave her the oranges... apparently she's really really popular, she came back with plastic bags of oranges! After miss tay left, MR WOLFE and and miss lim came out of the staff room, probably on their way home or something. So yian and I decided to give mr wolfe oranges instead of poor miss ha... i think mr wolfe was quite surprised that we gave him oranges, coz he just stood there and didn't really say anything until miss lim said, "say 'thank you', mr wolfe!" HAHAHA and then he said xie xie. and we went off laughing.
Next was the last victim. miss chen. Mich and i went down to the Staff Room@Anderson to give her a call. And guess who we met while waiting for our turn to call miss chen? MISS TAY! oh man miss tay's EVERYWHERE. She was on the way to the toilet and mich [im gonna kill ya] and i said hi to her again.
mich and val: "HI MISS TAY!!!"
miss tay: "halo what are u doing here?"
val: "we're giving tangerines to our english teacher!"
mich:"it's miss chen."
miss tay: "audrey chen?"
mich: "ya," [whispering into miss tay's ear] "val crushes her."
val: "I DO NOT!" [in fact this is true, i dont crush teachers but i like some of them A LOT.]
mich: [grinning] "oh she crushes YOU too!"
val: NOOO!
miss tay: ^-^
val: "michelle also crushes you!!"
mich: "OI!"
miss tay: "so scary..."
mich: "val does research on you leh! she find out ur MOE scholarship thing.."
val: "i also do that with other teachers!!! miss ha, etc etc."
mich: "she does it with audrey chen too.."
miss tay: "so what did you find out? my height and weight?"
val: "only the MOE scholarship one... found it on a RJC website."
miss tay: "so you looking for audrey chen?"
val and mich: "ya..."
miss tay: "i go in and call her for you."
val and mich: "THANKEEWWW MISS TAY!"
val and mich walk over to the entrance of the staff room to wait for miss chen to come out.
val: "why so long one ah?"
mich: "dunno leh! maybe miss tay cannot find her... u dun be scared lah!"
out comes miss chen, talking on her handphone.
mich: "OH my god audrey chen come oredi!"
val and mich smile [very qian bian-ly]
miss chen: "hello :)"
val and mich: "HI MISS CHEN!" [we sounded like we were croaking]
val: "this is for you... happy new year! :D"
mich: "happy new year!!"
miss chen: :D :D :D "thankeww! so sweet of you!" [ah did mich blush?!!]
val and mich exchange very cheeko glances.
val and mich: "ok happy new year! bye bye!"

okay after that mich and I decided that being crazy was a GOOD thing. yes it does do wonders for your soul. i went back to RSS today too. met weiqing limying trinda ngoh hiong pearly annyi zhixin etc etc. and LENG. and leng's sister. and leng's other sister.

pissed off

Today was the first time I actually scolded someone. the first time I scolded someone and became pissed off, for the first time in almost a year.
Strangely, the person who drove me up the wall unsurprisingly was the same person who pissed me off today.
She's close to me, but not that close, and she's from the set of 202 from the universal set of RGS [sorry trying to apply set theory here].
And i've really had enough of this.
I shall be frank. To the person [mich, celene, valsoh and grace, you know who im talking about].
Dear friend of mine,
あなたのナンセンスを停止しなさい. Maybe you're so blissfully unaware that i althought I am easy-going, I am NOT the sort who can take self-centeredness lying down.
I admit, everyone DOES have a selfish quality like you said. I admit, you're the better writer between the two of us. I admit, the stuff you write is REALLY fantastic and wonderful and you're oh-so-on-the-way to becoming a fantasy novel writer. or an astronaut. hah.
But I have never been able to understand why you choose to be more anti-social. I have never been able to understand why you love individualism and doing things YOUR OWN SPECIAL WAY so much.
Group work. We define this two little words VERY differently. To you, group work is a task where by each group member DEPENDS on one another, and you say that this is bad because people should learn to be more independant. But I know your ulterior motive. You don't like group work because you can't do things in your OWN WAY. I knew from the start that you were different, far more than anyone I have ever known, but this is too much. Should I recount the wonderful story to you again?
Miss Chen asked us to write a short scenario IN OUR GROUPS. You, being the best writer and having such a passion for writing, decided to do the writing. After much bickering, I got to do the writing. Don't forget- others may share your passions and your dreams. And I too, want to take up writing as a profession [and DONT you forget that!]. You know it. I've told you about it more than a thousand times.
You commented that you disliked group work because all the group did was slack and depend on each other, without really a mind of their own. I disagreed. After much bickering again, we started on our group work. Mich is right. Valsoh DID give many feasible suggestions which all of us AGREED on, but you rejected them one by one, dismissing them as "not good".
You say we have to judge. You say that in group work there is always unfairness and blah blah blah. Hello, who says life is always fair? and even so, you should try to be more receptive to others' opinions. You should've considered some of valsoh's suggestions, they were really unusual after all!
Let me tell you again, and for the last time.
Teamwork isn't about who has the most brains and creativity. It's not about unfairness, nor is it about judging your group members' ideas. AND DEFINTELY NOT HAVING THINGS YOUR WAY. It fosters teamwork and helps to build the group members' friendship! If only one day, just one day, you could set aside your differences and try to co-operate, I think the world would definitely be a better place. and then i'd know that pigs really do fly. Pleeease... I really don't want to spoil our friendship like this, and I don't want the SAME thing that happened during MEP last year.

new specs! X)

Yeah baybeh i've got NEW specs! After GB i went and ate my dinner while playing the piano (oh wow multi-tasking?!)... Then dad mom and I rushed downstairs to accompany me to take new passport photos and to change my spectacles. On the way to the photo studio I got a call from the Chinese Orchestra IC [ohmygosh she rocks a lot! sounds so nice on the phone!]. She told me that I could go for tryouts this thursday and I told her about my sad sad plight in my current CCA so she told me that she'll put a little asterisk at my name [coz i told her i reeeeaaally wanted to join C.O]. Thank God lah, hope I can get into C.O!!!! When I hung up the phone I was like screaming in the void deck! my parents were really overjoyed as well. hahahax.
Oh FINALLY my left and right eye are BOTH 75 degrees! That's relatively low, i guess. haha. I thought it was 125 degrees, but it turned out to be much lower! haha. After choosing so many different kinds of frames (the emo specs i wanted weren't sold there), I chose this slender pair of specs which was black and orange in colour. AHEM. reminds me of the pair of specs i made out of paper and zig markers this morning. AHEM. hahaha.
yay by the way, my maid aisha and I were comparing our favourite singers in each of the bands in Jungiery....

piano...

YAY so many fun things to do tonight! woohoo~~just now i played piano for almost an hour. Can you believe that I have to spend almost two hours per session to really practice for my trinity performance diploma properly! ARGH. FOUR (actually, five) looong pieces:
Exam pieces: Sonata Pathtique - YAY this is the most fun song! memorised the first seven pages, three more to go.
Sonata in C major and Sonata in C minor - it's by Scarlatti, and since BOTH the sonatas are too short to play individually, candidates will have to play two of them instead of just one sonata.
Polka - by lennox berkley. I doubt many ppl know this composer, but his polka is HARD. It took me TWO WEEKS to master the first two pages, and I still can't memorise it yet! Agogo saw the Polka and almost fainted in the car. what do you think?! [but i bet mich and dorcas and WHYlette/mushroom/WAI-lette and all the other pro MEPers will find it quite okay. hmph.]
HAIZ on top of that I have to play a few more pieces for leisure. pure leisure. that sonata in e flat major, the remaining pages of moonlight sonata which i've been too lazy to play, a jazz song and some 5566 songs (thanks to shuyan's sister ah!).
AND FYI lulu i am NOT insane. Or at least I'm not as insane as before. must learn to take things seriously mah... haha. :D
SPEECH and DRAMA was super-fun (as usual) today! valsoh and I are really insane (but not that insane though)!!!

i just realised.
i haven't blogged for a while. :)
There's lots of homework pouring in and I'm getting crushed by the heavy workload (they DO give you more homework in MEP than aesthetics. pooh.)
yesterday mom came home with bad news. it was actually good and bad, but i didn't exactly respond in a happy, joyous manner when she announced it to us over dinner.
mom had just returned frm her appointment at tan tock seng hospital. Since early last year mom's been having this terrible problem called the Trigger Finger. It all started when mom woke up one morning and complained that she couldn't uncurl her fingers and her fingers hurt very badly when she tried to straighten them. I can't describe to you how acute the pain is, it's too horrible to see her wincing almost everyday. Mom's ageing and she knows it, and besides, many of her colleauges and friends who are older than her have the same problem, only that there's no pain in the fingers at all. That's when we realised that there was something very unpleasant going on.
Mom couldn't hold on to water bottles or pens properly with her right hand because of the problem, and of course she couldnt carry heavy plastic bags anymore, but she still went on doing her grocery shopping and she had to carry her heavy bags which were stuffed with HEAVY SCHOOL BOOKS when she went to school to teach and it's really horrible to see her coming home with curled-up fingers again. Most of the time I know she's in pain but she just doesn't let dad and I know.
So last night mom announced that she was going to have a day surgery for her hand on 6 February, WHICH IS TWO DAYS AFTER LULU'S BDAE. I'm pretty worried for mom, although she and dad keep assuring me that they've gone through their fair share of day surgeries. Mom says that she won't be unconscious during the operation, but she'll be put on a painkiller while the doctor slices open her hand. The doctor's going to do something to fix the tendons in mom's right hand, since there's something wrong with the tendons and the nerves are badly twisted.
ohman i'm so worried about mom... what if the surgery isn't successful or something? The surgery's on a Monday, and I don't care if I have third lang or CCA, i'm going straight home to look after her after the surgery. Mom says she'll probably take medical leave for about a week or so until the pain is completely gone, and then she'll go back to teach because she's worried about her students' exams. so thoughtful lor. nevermind lah i trust that God will keep her safe during the operation and she will be just fine.
i just realised.
it's just so difficult to cope with ageing pains.

CRAZY day

OH essay woes. OH woe be to my pathetic commonwealth essay today. OH woe be to me for having writer's block. OH woe be to miss chen for having to mark my woeful commonwealth essay!
I shall quote from someone: "dont cry over spilt milk." ah so i shall not talk about my woeful essay no more.
I think today's CRAZY day! So many crazy things happened and I met so many crazy people that i'm going insane myself [but im already insane]! let's see.
CRAZY issue #1: TELETUBBIES.
Valerie Soh, 13, was approached by professional english teacher miss chen [DUNNO WHAT AGE LAH!] regarding the class temporary seating arrangement plan. Fellow temporary class chairperson valerie teo, 13, was doing her commonwealth essay when the teacher told valsoh that the plan had been drawn the wrong way. "I'll draw up the permanent seating plan next time," said valteo, who is believed to be responsible for the wrong seating plan.
and of course, [back to informal writing again] the craziest thing that ahem miss chen said was erm "... i'm not a teletubby like you!"
HAHAHA!
CRAZY issue#2: THE FORGED SIGNATURE
Ever wondered how to spend your time purposefully? Hmmm. This morning, just before lit, Kay gave me a piece of paper which had a SIGNATURE on it. It was curvy, it was nice and it was very small. I then spent the whole lit lesson learning about the American Civil War and finally mastered the skill of forging that signature! A new-found artistic talent, I suppose?
CRAZY issue #3: THE "SEDUCTIVE LOOK"
On the morning of Friday, 13th January 2006, Michelle, 14, had successfully made a highly "seductive" look which was rumoured to make even the **fiercest people in the world faint.
"She can do such a seductive look that will make even a fierce fierce person faint!" said an excited celene.
CRAZY ISSUE #5: VALTEO'S RELAPSE
Valsoh and I had to sit nearest to the teachers during hall assembly so of course, we didn't talk very much. HOWEVER there were certain issues [inside jokes, sad to say] which sent the two of us laughing our heads off during those teensy-weensy moments when the teachers weren't watching us. OH, how naughty!
CRAZY ISSUE #6: THE JOKE THAT ONLY KIWI VALSOH AND VALTEO KNOW
Okay this is a totally inside joke but it's CRAZY too!
CRAZY ISSUE #7: GOING MAD WITH ZAFF
When I arrived back in class, I was laughing hysterically at the little inside joke we were talking about after assembly. And guess who bounded in? CUTE LITTLE ZAFF! zafirah zafoorah zaffy zaff! It all started when I met abu diy aqi and munirah and I casually tapped diy's tummy as if she were having a baby! Zaff started laughing her head off and pretty soon everyone else was laughing! And I was going around asking aqi abu diy aida and tessa if they were having babies and they said NO. and aqi said that abu was having a baby! HAHA abu! Well, all i can say is that zaff is really, really, reeeeaaally MAD. off her rocker! haha!
CRAZY ISSUE#8: PACMAN!
I met karmin today! WOOHOO! There I was, eating my rice all alone at one of the round tables when karmin suddenly appeared behind me! My junior, my junior! Great! We were talking about our teachers when I decided to show her mr lim's signature! When km saw it she said it looked somewhat like a smiling pacman with frizzy hair which made both of us LAFF again! haha! oh! LAFF, ZAFF!! No wonder Zaff likes to laff!
CRAZIEST THING TODAY: POKING WEITE.
hah! I was talking to two juniors from karmin's class when I saw this very familiar blue jacket appearing from behind the drink vending machines. The next thing I knew I was shouting "WEITE!!!!!!!!!!" Actually I didnt think it was her and I was only trying my luck, but when I walked over to the vending machines I realised that my eyesight wasn't really that atrocious. Apparently this UNIQUE crazy person frm the maths pro class is extremely worried about being late for third lang... haha... throughout the whole bus ride we were talking lots of nonsense until i nearly lost my voice and of coz POKING POKING POKING weite YAY!

yaang lao shi, watch out!

Wo0T! thought today would be a tiring day but it turned out to be fun!
basically the same usual things I do every morning (since january), alight the bus, grab the class list, unceremoniously yank out the class tray and stagger back to class with a huge sling bag across my arm.
First block was PE. After pinning some notices to the notice board I went down with kiwi to the canteen (followed by the rest of the class). We were supposed to have Contact Time with mrs koh in the canteen but she didn't turn up even after the National anthem. Wo0T TEN whole minutes of free time and acting out stupid scenes for dee, huiwen, kiwi and valsoh. WOW huiwen has extremely the cursive handwriting. kudos to huiwen WOAH. Only some time after the bell rang did we see mrs anis beckoning us to go to the miniamphi. and so we did. rather sluggishly. HAHA. We took height and weight today, and seriously, i think that they're using the BOYS scale instead of a regular GIRLS one (according to karishma) because most of us either shrunk by about 4cm and "gained" 2 kilograms... THAT MAKES ME FEEL FAT! I feel fat. But people say I'm not. Give me 10 reasons why i'm not FAT and I will give you five dollars. Seriously. It's just that no matter how strict my diets are (i have multiple diets), no matter how much I run on the treadmill and jump on the trampoline, my weight can NEVER hit below 50 kg. That's tragic.
Blah blah and blah, after PE (and lamenting about being fat) was Science. Science was kinda fun today. Which reminds me. Yesterday kimberley (cucumberly) and I played volleyball with a paper cube over sujin's head! oooh. that's really tragic. for sujin. haha. Then there was lit, where we did some sharing about our research on the different topics of TKMB [to kill a mockingbird] and finally RECESS. Finally just half an hour more to speech and drama.
I have always liked speech and drama and if they'd offered it as a CCA in my pri school i'd have joined it. Too bad, they only started the RSS drama team like THIS YEAR. TRAGIC again! The subjects which really keep me surviving and pressing on in school are really literature, english, speech and drama, philosophy and MEP. FUN! I'm not much of a math-and-science person but I aspire to be perhaps a pathologist? Ironical.
I was so afraid of getting an immediate booking for being late for SPEECH so i ran up to the KS Chee with zaff. lalala the FUN STARTS HERE. From this very moment. Me and zaff and annie and willette and valsoh dashed into the KS Chee, hoping not to get the feared-by-everyone immediate booking. A teacher suddenly exited the KS Chee and we thought it was miss chen and it was not so we were like, PHEW, no more immediate booking. Then valsoh and I sat on the second row (we left the entire front row for miss chen HOW 'BOUT THAT?). I was sort of getting myself all hyped when the noise suddenly died down. OH. teacher come oredi!
WHY are all the teachers wearing GREEN today? First it was a teacher in the canteen, then a PE teacher, then another teacher, then miss chen! I wonder if all the teachers were instructed to follow a certain dress code, hmm hmm.
"are you ready?"
silence.
"good morning class."
"good morning miss chen."
grunt. valsoh is laughing away and valteo is grunting.
Zaff and sujin hadn't bought a Speech file yet, but there was a warning for zaff and another chance for sujin or else she'd have the immediate booking. I hope no one gets an immediate booking tomorrow! I like typing the word immediate booking because of the doubled 'm's and 'o's. I SO BO LIAO RITE?
Today we delved deeper into the subject of "How To Project Your Voice".
"Does everyone know where's their diaphragm?"
oh! I didn't really know, honestly. whoops--
miss chen points to her diaphragm and a picture of a diaphragm on our handout.
yuan lai ru ci... Immediately everyone started poking around in search of their diaphragms valsoh and i kept on tapping her brace. she's wearing a hard hard brace for her back so obviously when we tapped on her brace there was a "TOK TOK" sound.
"I would like two volunteers..."
silence.
something again about two volunteers.
valsoh and valteo giggle. giggle, grunt, guffaw, gwoosh.
silence.
valsoh and valteo are trying desperately to stifle their giggles because they didn't want to be the two volunteers.
Michy and Stringbean Celene volunteered themselves. WOAH. so brave. give the duo a round of applause!
miss chen asked mich to lie down on the floor. to lie down like A LADY. HAHAHA.
then stringbean had to locate mich's diaphragm.
stringbean was trying to press a wriggling mich's diaphragm, and finally mich couldnt stand it and burst into fits of laughter.
Then we had some hands-on activities. WHOOSH! It was something about being a Geisha so me and valsoh were teaching miss chen and the class how to introduce themselves in japanese. WATASHI WA VALERIE DESU! Think of japanese, think of spare tyres. HAHA. valsoh and I were bowing to each other, and in the end, stringbean had the best bow and the best introduction so she was the FIRST geisha! *applause*
Next we had another activity. We had to hold our voices for as long as we could. It was something like saying YUM SENG during people's weddings and I so accustomed to doing this sort of breath thing. I did it while swimming, I did it while playing the pianica, I did it while playing the flute. I can never forget those times when my flute teacher, mr ivan, told me about the diaphragm thingy AND how to hold my breath. And if you'd been playing ascending and descending scales together on the flute without taking a little breather, you'd find that doing this in speech was a lot easier. So all of us went VAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA and ruixin and I were in the finals. haha. Ruixin kept laughing, I kept losing my voice (sort of). In the end I won and became the SECOND GEISHA (wo0ts!)
we did so many things today! We wrote this funny poem and played the very same obstacle course Mr Connolly let us play when we were in sec one speech and drama! Oh mr connolly u must come back like mr wolfe! hahaha.
oh.
mr wolfe's back! YAY! so happy! i think he'll be teaching magdaboon's class. OH magdaboon! haha!

The OP Skirt

Ho! Today was a fun fun fun day! Haiz. Bad thing was that I had to bring an extra plastic bag (on top of my two bags) because we had to bring newspapers for English lesson today. And my favourite seat on the bus was once again occupied again.
HOWEVER! I shall be undaunted by these silly little things and get on with the story. I went for the CAP briefing, I hope i get into CAP.... Please pleeeease i SO want to get into CAP! (: First block was English (ho yay my favourite subject). Haiyo during contact time with the form teacher, I realised that i shouldn't have made the temporary class seating arrangement plan for ms chen coz i forgot that it was only TEMPORARY and we'd be changing the seating arrangement next week. Sighs. SORRY VALSOH THE SQUID i shall help you make the new seating arrangement AND buddy list okay? haha. i dont mind, it was fun making the lists anyway.
Sighs so during English quite a fair few forgot to bring their files so got a funny erm "lecturing" session for those who forgot. YA we must show them "lots of love" eh... must remind them to bring files... oh, ha, ha.
AH here's the funny part. After going through the text types worksheet we had to do a collague made from a butcher sheet and bits of newpaper which we'd have to cut out... And then ms chen asked "Who forgot to bring their newspapers?" and sujin was the only one who forgot.. uh-oh! sujin's sitting behind kayleigh, kayleigh and valsoh are sittin' beside me and mich, grace and celene the stringbean are sittin' in front of kay, valsoh and i. ya. hope that's not too confusing. :)
I never really noticed the colour of ms chen's skirt until she walked over to tell sujin something regarding the newspapers (i presume). Out of curiosity I just turned (so did kayleigh and val anyway!) to see what was happening and I saw the skirt! THE SKIRT!
my reaction?
OH MY GAWSH!
I gasped.
It was the same skirt I wore to church almost every sunday!
It was THE pinkish-reddish OP skirt which happened to be my favourite...
coz it matched with most of my t-shirts.
I turned.
"OHMYGAWSH Kayleigh!!!"
"what!?" says kayleigh.
"I'm wearing the same skirt..." *points to teacher*
"really ah valteo?"
"ya, im not joking! it's an OP skirt, I wear it to church on sundays!"
"OHMYGAWSH valteo! You wear SKIRTS? ha ha ha..." laugh, please. valteo doesnt seem like the type who'd wear skirts. BUT I LIKE SKIRTS! they're better than my OP boardshorts!
hmm valteo looks confused and annoyed and later laughs like mad.
"oh no she got relapse liao!" says valsoh.

i'm not so concerned about wearing the same skirt as my nice english teacher.
what i'm dying to know is...
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH VALTEO WEARING A DARK PINK-REDDISH OP SKIRT WITH FLOWERY PRINTS ON THEM?
hahaha, end of story.

tell people you wear skirts beforehand.

HO! i've just noticed a couple of things that i MUST write down.

charlotte and sujin have dogs! oh. yay same as me.
I must never say anything too frank to my father. (e.g: "i'm afraid about the gathering coz i don't want someone to wreck my lego set. I took ages to build it.") [dad almost clobbered me for that]
i love 202. YAY.
my teachers all rock! YAY.
lulu is romantic. I speak from experience, and nothing but experience.
abu and aqi grew taller!
whenever nad and I meet, we hug. AWW....
weite is officially crazy.
TELETUBBIES rock! Celene is tinky-winky, i'm dipsy, val's laa-laa and grace (so cute) is PO! Kayleigh's the narrator who says "over the hills and far away teletubbies come to play" and Mich can be the vacuum cleaner.
whenever we tell the teachers (so far miss C and miss C) we are teletubbies, they always ask who PO is. Po must be the easiest to remember.
grace is cute!
mr wolfe is back! or so i heard...

homework!

so little time and so much to do! never thought i'd be THIS busy. ahaha.
let's see...
i haven't been exactly wonderfully productive in terms of homework YET. all i've done tonight is the 202 Class Seating Arrangement list for english... gotta hand it in on wednesday. valsoh's busy doing the buddy list. I've chosen my mortal [ah i shall not tell!]... But i don't know how anyone's gonna have time to write letters with all the homework piling in... My angel-mortal communication lasted for about two to three months? WOW. Then i got adopted by lots of angels and subsequently we sort of just abandoned each other, i guess. HAHA. (:
GB was quite ok today. Quite fun. my favourite part of GB has always been drill. can tone the muscles on my legs and lose weight at the same time.

i FINALLy handed in my CAP portfolio, many many maaanny thanks to tzeqing and weiling the white blob of toufu........ we were like going around calling mr lim up twice and it was just so freaky. tq and i were like laughing the whole way through.... ha, ha, ha, aha.
sorry lah i can't blog much now coz i'm super super busy with EVERYTHING.

SKOOL. -_-

woohoohoo! School today!! fun fun fun wheeeees! :D
I got up quite late, gobbled up my simple plain breakfast and waited for the school bus for like five to ten minutes... There's a WHOLE new bunch of girls in the bus, whom I believe all live in tampines like me. It's tragic. Tragically tragic. When I boarded the bus, I was quite shocked to find that the nice nice malay girl who used to sit behind me (sorry i dont know your name) wasn't there, and instead there were a couple of girls and two sec ones. GAH the sec one girl beside me took up my usual fave seat! NOOO! More sec ones came up, along with the two sec 2 girls who usually took my bus too. That was when I realised that only peanut, elaine and the sec 2 girls were the only ones who were from last year's original bunch of girls who sat this bus! SAD! and some people (but dunno who) were quite noisy and because we from the old bunch were accustomed to SLEEPING and breakfasting in the bus, I couldn't sleep on the journey so I listened to my neeeon instead. so sad. dont feel like taking the bus no more... it's a whole new route, no more celine, no more ilisa, no more everybody else... NO MORE OLD ROUTE! i'm reeeally sad.
Took the painstaking climb all the way up to the 4th floor to get to my class- 202. I was greeted by annie, zan and an extremely hysterical howling hyena xiaoyan. (since when did she become a hyena? i tot is a lion?!) Most of the 102-ers are in 202 now (thankfully), but I think most of the really good friends have been "cruelly" seperated. haha. like tempura and fiona, so on and so on and so on...
I haven't really gotten to know some of my classmates well enough yet, except for those who were in the same mini-group as me, the 102ers and some others. haha. I made friends with some people during the series of talks conducted in the gym. And of coz i know aida and zaf (ohYAY)... very very nice fwrenss.... (:

mr connolly and mr soh have left the school. at least we got to know them before they left... especially mr soh... funny... There was House Meeting and when lulu was introduced me and ang ku kueh and lion king were screaming like mad! Dont worry lulu I've had loads of practice from screaming for three whole hours at the 5566 concert. WOOT :)
during the house meeting they were talking about those inter-house games and I think if I ever EVER join ANOTHER game, I am going to cause richardson to lose tragically. T00 fat, too clumsy, too timid. very bad very bad. anyway i have a permanent abnormality so HA i may just do cheering instead. Remember the basketball game. I know enough basketball to know that you have to throw the ball somewhere. :D

i was waiting for the 3rd lang bus with kiwi, tessa and weiling and tempura when we met lion king and lulu... okay... never mind. let's face it, lion king is our good ol' crazy lion. Then kiwi tessa weiling and I went to J8 to have lunch, then headed off for MOE LC.
WOW.
Our sensei rocks. our sensei rocks. I DONT WANNA CHANGE MY CLASS! but i must. for the sake of quitting GB! and for the sake of not having to miss a session of Chinese Orchestra later on! YES! Onwards we shall press on. haha. yuck. Our teacher (sensei lah) is quite a nice guy and very smart. Not as easy-going as lin sensei but nevertheless just as nice. He told me and some others that he and lin sensei were classmates in RJC. WHOA. so smart, go RJC. Jap was good. It helped me to recall all the jap stuff i'd nearly forgotten!
but I still miss 102. I miss 102 a WHOLE LOT. The class just seems so stone -_- without melia and atiqa! I miss everyone in 102 so much.... my higher chinese group, lulu, lion king, THE SPICEBABES, everyone. we should have a class gathering one day. haha!

hmph

ah a lot of ppl say "valteo ah u never update ur blog one" so I update now.
I FEEL FAT. I FEEL SO FAT AND I FEEL LIKE MY STOMACH HAS BEEN BLOWN UP. coz yesterday(FOR the past few days) my whole family has been eating at restaurants, restaurants and more restaurants. SO NICE! iT's like we went to this chinese restaurant and had a six-course dinner, then we eat another six-course dinner at Mouth Restaurant, and YESTERDAY (that's the final straw) we went out to Spageddies to eat. it's a reeally cool italian restaurant, and also happens to be one of my favourites. We go there almost every year to eat. haha. We ate two plates of spaghetti called aglio e olio, italian blueberry soda, garlic bread, toasted plain bread, a vegetable sizzelini, fried chicken, fried fish and chips, another big chicken, more spaghetti, a large appetizer and coffee. OH.
tsk. today marks the end of the school holidays!! Got mixed feelings lah. Sad, happy, excited, anxious... Sad coz I won't be able to wake up at 12 noon anymore, coz I won't get to stay home and play gameboy for 6 hours, and most of all coz we've been reshuffled to different classes and THAT HURTS. a lot. i mean, u start building friendships with lots of the people in your class, and then u gotta part the next year. At least Jingwei is in 202 with me. OH~ ang ku kueh! We reunite once more! :))) and also... coz... so many people are going to different classes... that's like pretty sad!
happy, coz many other friends are coming to 202! like aida and zaff! yay! whooo i cant wait to see u two lah ha ha ha...
ok ok lah, new year, new class, new challenges, new tribulations, new triumphs, new paper, NEW DIGITAL CAMERA!!!! :) HAPPY NEW YEAR!
