THIS IS THE BEST TEACHERS DAY EVER!This morning i woke up so late and thankfully i didn't dream of tessa again last night.
I wanted to practice my concert songs one last time on my piano, but the bus was already reaching my place.
Couldn't sleep in the bus because i was too nervous.
Then when i reached school, me and ah pan went to the staff room to give the teachers their gifts. The funniest thing was MR YANG! Some pupils were hogging the phone so ah pan and i could only wait outside the staff room, jumping and waving frantically and mr yang. Then he saw us. HE. SAW. US. WAVING. LIKE. IDIOTS. And he just walked to the door, waved at us and poked his head out of the door a minute later. I was like, "happy teachers day mr lim..." and then ah pan and I handed him his presents- MUGS.
During ACES day, jingwei and I were just commenting on how much liangzi's butt vibrated when she did ACES day dance when we spotted MR YANG IN A HORRID-LOOKING BLUE TRACK SHIRT AND PANTS. -_-" EEEWWW! Jingwei and I started laughing hysterically. Laughing at lulu's butt, miss tay's cuteness, lulu's hair and most of all, mr yang and the horrid outfit he was donning. I think i danced ACES like crap, coz i don't dance well at all. But jingwei and I noticed that lulu is super-enthu when it comes to dancing and her butt starts vibrating like my dad's huge shaver.
Conclusion: One day, if lulu ever comes to my house, I had better let her dance on my mini Dance Revolution machine (like the kind you see in arcades). Then use a RICHTER SCALE to measure the vibration of lulu's butt. I think the scales will tip. yeah.
In the middle of the teachers' band performance, i miraculously managed to get out of the amphitheatre and rushed back to my primary school. THANKS AQILAH AND LULU FOR HELPING WITH MY LETTER OF EXCUSE TODAY!
Around half an hour after i arrived at my pri school, RSS, their concert started. And i was supposed to be performing TENTH. The other performers, two RI guys, were supposed to perform FIFTH. After more than ten frantic phone calls and smses, we found out that those two were caught in a traffic jam. So i had to perform first. By the time I received this piece of news the fourth item was nearly ending and I had to rush until i nearly dieded.
WELL, some of the students who were watching me perform were... were...
YOU STUPID, BLOODY, IDIOTIC, DISRESPECTFUL, UNCULTURED NINCOMPOOPS! DON'T YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD RESPECT MEANS? WHATEVER IT IS, IF I EVER PERFORM ANYTIME ANYPLACE ANYWHERE, IF I SEE ANY OF YOU WATCHING ME I AM SO GOING TO WALLOP YOU. I MEAN IT.
well anyway. all the teachers and gordon and wen tian xiang and the banana gang and edelweiss and wee wee and xuan xuan and mr ong and the VIPs thought i played really well. but the other bloody idiots just didn't give a d***.
On the whole i was really happy today, aside from the bloody idiots of course. Coz it's like gordon and the rest came back to give me their support, and...
The most touching part of today was when i had finished performing. Just as I was about to take my first bow, AGOGO MANGO GOH YI YING ran over to me to present me with a bouquet. OH MY GOODNESS yi ying i never expected you to do that! Then we both ran out of the hall together, clutching the bouquet. Dearest yi ying, i'm gonna keep that bouquet forever and ever, no matter what. THANK YOU... you're really my best friend...

tempura's house!
WHEEE! went to tempura's house today! We slacked quite a lot. and we interviewed willette, liangzi and jingwei... for the english PT. HAH it was so funny tempura was asking lulu about some debate thingy and then suddenly the phone went dead. and a few minutes later lulu called. in the middle of THESE FEW MINUTES, something funny happened... take a look at the conversation between my mom and chen lulu.mom: "HALO?"
liangzi: "halo can i speak to valerie please?"
mom: "oh liangzi ah? valerie's at tempura's house!"
liangzi: "TEMPURA?"
liangzi: "???????????"
Apparently because of the You Hua Jiu SHOOT show, mom has begun to find out inside information about liangzi from me. :D And on friday night she was crazy enough to do the "MOM'S LIANGZI DANCE".

1) Jump onto a chair [preferably a sofa]
2) dance ON the sofa
3) start singing this song:

6) THE GRAND FINALE. sing the last verse loudly and slowly and shake your bums and legs and arms.
7) Take a clumsy elephant bow.
HA. i never knew that my mom was that funny. well anyway that was a nice dance. maybe lulu should learn it too, since she's in dance.

BIO LAB!
yayys! this afternoon i found out that my piano teacher was going to give birth [ohno] so she'd cancelled this week's piano lesson. She won't be resuming lessons until November. >.<Today i went to the WONDERFUL BIOLOGY LAB! Oh man the lab is the most high-tech place in the whole school, and it has this nice smell of antiseptic cream or something. Ahh here's a very short conversation i had with mr soh.
me: "Mr soh, are there like any fetuses in this lab?" [looking extremely excited]
mr soh: "oh yah, sure, got!!" [nods his head very vigorously]
me: "oh good got human fetus anot?"
mr soh: "no lah! no human baby lah..."
me: "well then that's too bad."
YAH isn't it so cool? I think the air con in the labs are to keep the fetuses nice and cool and preserved... During bio i walked around the lab looking for fetuses but all i found were plastic models of the human body. Then while i was waiting for Jingwei to follow me back to class, I spotted this store room which was much colder than the lab... and there was this HUGE freezer box in the room. Probably they kept animal fetuses in that box, because the temperature in the freezer was actually lower than -20 degrees celsius! OH MY GAWSH! I almost went into the room but out came this teacher who was carrying bottles with weird looking stuff floating in them. Possibly a rabbit or cat fetus? I'm nuts over fetuses.
And speaking of fetuses, I spent three hours watching a documentary called "In The Womb". They put these special cameras into pregnant women and they can actually capture how the fetus forms and how it looks like. Then while i was practising algebra [and watching that show], the commentary in the show said "At 33 Weeks, the baby is inverted upside down, blah blah blah, and the mother is ready to give birth when she has stomach contractions. blah blah blah."
Then they filmed this pregnant woman who was in great labour pain and suddenly the baby's head came out, and it was all green and bloody and sticky and the woman kept screaming like a banshee... And suddenly i couldnt really breathe and my dinner and supper all sprayed out of my mouth.. Too bad, i vomited on my Sec 2 textbook. Then i ran to the toilet and choked like mad. Then i ran back to watch the show again, and a few minutes later i was puking all over the toilet bowl. EW.
definitely i can infer one thing. i am not going to get pregnant until I don't puke when i watch pregnancy videos. YUCK YUCK YUCK... all mothers really totally rawk...

20 August. HAPPY BDAE ANNIE!leng agogo and fang came over for a little birthday party. IT WAS SO SUPER FUN! We crapped for an hour, and managed to finish making our Susu and Papaya movie we've been working on since december last year. You all acted so well! haha... and our lines were like, IMPROMPTU! We are creative fruits who produce creative juices! hahaha... I'll pass you all the video on teachers day, after my piano solo, ok?

musica
Musica was FUN! Actually doing the gigue was pretty fun, and the whole time val soh, kiwan and I were crapping non-stop about S****Y and some other people *winks*... hehe... We spent so much time in the dressing room, and somehow with jingwei around i didn't feel that horrible that i had to spend my bdae in a dressing room all day long.Do you recall that HML once said "HA?" in an extremely nasal, constipated way on thursday? All of us kept saying "HA?" the whole night long and sounded like parrots. And I gave birth. *no lah, just kidding* What did i name my erm, "child"? CHEN HA? ZI. ahaha lulu you must be honoured. named after the virtuous HML and lulu. blah.
While kayleigh was doing the video-recording of the giving-birth thing, something reminded me of three persons whom i like and hate. Ok. one of these people is close to me, another is somehow rather close and the last one is erm, neutral. not gonna say who. ONLY jingwei diy and aqilah and nad should know [duh, they're like my best frenz in RGS?!]. Right. And i told jingwei about it in the dressing room. And told me not to worry. and some other things. I like them a lot, obviously. I hate them to the core sometimes. I try not to think about it, but the more i think, the more confused i get. Normally i like them, but when they're doing a certain thing, i just cant stand them. ohman.
Other than that, Musica was really really good and I enjoyed myself a lot.
I went to school and was like totally surprised to get so many prezzies [thank you!]. Shall make a thank-you list now.

I'm sorry i didn't get to spend more time with you because both of us are so busy, and yesterday i wanted to meet you at RSS but i was at the MEP concert! And when i came home i saw the crocodile in the study room, and i was so touched and happy that i could have burst into tears. I don't care how dirty the croc is, i don't care how long it's been sitting on the shelf. It's your SINCERITY that i really love. You actually WENT TO MY HOUSE to pass the gift to my maid even though i wasn't around... that's the first time anyone has done that for me and it means a whole lot to me. OH YAY!! just now in school chen lulu asked me to type out the set of questions our group generated for the math PT, which was due in like, MAY? HALO, LULU, U BLURPOK! so in the end no need to do liao. :D and i have like half an hour to myself, then must mug for tomorrow's chem again.i don't think JJC likes me very much because this morning [well in fact many times liao] he scolded me for taking a glance at magdalene's shakespeare worksheet... wah kao this is like horrible lah!
anyway jingwei and I have recently become nuts over power rangers again... honestly I still like power rangers but not as crazy as jingwei lah. she has decided to call me White ranger liao. OH NO i still prefer octeopus, actually.
haishhh there's nothing else to crap about so i better go and run my usual 4 km liao. OH, THE PROBLEM WITH BEING FAT!

-piano exam-
OH MAN today was such a scary, nerve-wrecking day.Got up at 9.30am and spent five hours practising on the piano. Kept freaking out at the thought of going for my piano exam later at 3.50pm, and kept bugging my piano teacher on the phone. Then i had this very stale omu rice [which is rice wrapped inside an omelette in japanese] and a small cheese cake on the way to the piano exam centre.
AHA, the piano exam. When i got there I was nearly one hour early, so I just paced around the waiting room, staring at the different violins hanging there. Suddenly the stewardesses were running about, talking about the air-con in the examination room. The air-con, thankfully, had broken down, but the bad thing was that the examiner, a mr young, was very ANGRY. grrr. He walked out of the stuffy room, red-faced, and he said hi to me and told us the horrible story of the horrible air con which had broken down in the horrible, stuffy room. My friend was doing her exam halfway when the guy stormed out and we could hear her playing her grade 7 song. So the management had no choice but to ask my friend and the mr young to move over to another examination room. I was so happy that i was dancing in the waiting room, coz the room they moved to had a BOHEMIA PIANO, which was the kind i had at home! hahahaha!!! like that i would have no problem getting used to playing it during the exam. Then i waited for an hour or so, until my friend came trudging out of the exam room, complaining about the air con. And it was my turn, so i went into the exam room and my legs were shaking so much that i didn't walk properly. We will analyse the outcome of the horrible exam:
Scales: Well i usually suck at scales but this time i didn't make any mistakes while playing the scales! whee!
Exam Pieces-
Impromptu: GRRR!!! i made two slips in that song, at i hope the examiner didn't notice them... on the whole quite expressive lah.
Allegro Moderato:oh no this is my worst piece and i made like one mistake per page, which makes 5 mistakes or so...
Sonata in D major: oh man this song rocked! I thought i'd totally freak out while playing it, but it turned out that I managed to play all the arpeggios in this song right. HAHA...
Sight Reading: okay this one sucked totally. i didn't know how to play two bars and i nearly collapsed...
Aural: i think i did alright for the singing component, modulation full marks, and i think we discussed a piece of music quite nicely. Coz he was joking with me and I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry... haha...
Yes, i think i will NEVER get a distinction but hopefully, but not likely, a low merit. or pass. or fail. i'm dead sure it's a pass. So horrible, hor?
Whatever lah, at least the whole thing's passed and now i can move on to diploma! haha!!! I can't wait to go back to sch tomorrow, and i miss my lit group a lot...
