weight tips man. haha.
DID YOU KNOW???????okay right. people out there, you're not exactly very fat/has great potential to be a big woman like me so you needn't know but anyway must use this as a personal reminder to myself.
taking the stairs instead of the lift or moving more for about 20min like increases your metabolic rate!
which is why i drop off 2-3 stops further from the bus stop outside my house : D
exercising about an hour before dinner is good!
because metabolic rate stays high after that so dinner doesn't take a toll on the hips : D
eating more protein?
dunno someone told me about this so I'm like gonna eat more meat than rice.
sleeping ENOUGH. can. help. you. lose. weight.
