stabbin' quiz!

i went out with xiner, charlotte, moony, xinyi and valsoh today! We went to buy teachers' day gifts haha xD
speaking of xiner and valsoh, they both erm "stabbed" me and now I have to do the quiz which they've stabbed me with! (:
Some questions you would never ask anyone.
Stab 5 people to do it after you are done!
Here we go!
1. When you looked at yourself in the mirror today, what was the first thing you thought?
oh wow, the remnants of last night's supper are still stuck inside my braces.

2. When is the next time you will have sex?
HAVE NEVER HAD IT AND WILL NEVER HAVE IT UNTIL I AM LEGALLY MARRIED.

3. What's a word that rhymes with "DOOR"?
stupid question lar. gore.

4. Favorite planet?
Pluto! Coz it's the furthest planet we know so far, and when I was young i used to wonder how it would be like to travel in a rocket ship all the way to planet pluto! It's probably cold there, yay.

5. Who is the 4th person on your missed call list on your mobile?
oh wow, it's my MOTHER IN LAW- KIKKOMAN CHAN KI WAN!

6. What is your favorite ringtone on your phone?
VJ's Bu Gou Yong Gan. It's not exactly a ringtone, just that I recorded the song when I was playing it on the computer and set it to a ringtone in my mobile phone. YEAAAP :)

7. What kinda shirt you have on?
a long hang ten sports shirt which used to be my mum's.

8. Describe yourself in one phrase.
i'm cranky and fun (depends on your definiton of fun though hehe) and I'm a big-sized person who isn't as crazy as she seems.

9. Name the brand of shoes you're currently wearing?
not wearing any shoes now. But currently I have a light-purple-and-blue nike dunk, an old pair of adidas running shoes and an even older pair of red glowing sketchers shoes.

10. Bright or Dark Room?
DARK! You can vent your frustrations and cry and no one will see you.

11. What do you think about the person who took this survey before you?
valsoh arh.. valsoh's sort of my daughter and she's.. my good friend! haha. xiner also! we love the bean song and going out and taking the WISMA ATRIA LIFTS.

12. If you're alone in a room with two beds, which one do you sleep on?
i'd sleep on the big one so my dog can take the smaller one. She's quite irritating to sleep with though. I've never lived through a proper full-length afternoon nap with my dog scratching and growling and amusing herself in the same room.

13. What were you doing at midnight last night?
Complaining about the revolting Chinese homework.

14. What did your last text message say that you received on your mobile?
hmm it's an sms from leng, my best buddy frm pri sch. (:

20.How many rolls of film do you need to get developed?
i use digital cam but anyway i have one more roll in my normal cam to develop.

funkaye fourteen! Actually every age is fun as long as you have friends and family by your side.

22.Your worst enemy?
my fear of babies and balloons? ceBEAN chia's my greatest enemy, in love, and my best son-in-law. URGH.

23. What is your current desktop picture?
a picture with chicken stew in it.

"mai hum!", because I was listening to the mr brown show podcast on the National Day Rally.

25. If you had to choose between a million bucks or to be able to fly?
valsoh says that the first option's more practical but nvm I prefer to be able to FLY. dorcas too! Money can be earned just as much as it can be squandered, but nothing can buy the ability to fly.

26. Do you like someone?
of course I like people. but if you're talking about LIKE in another context then...
yes. i like 183club's huangyurong. xD and someone else.

27. The last song you listened to?
i was listening to angela zhang shao han's latest album, pan duo la. but I guess the last song I heard was Kou3 Dai4 De Tian1 Kong1. very nice song. one of my fave chinese songs.

28. If the last person you spoke to was getting shot at, would you jump in front of the bullet?
Of course lah, it's my dad! but he'd probably snatch the gun coz he's super agile and smart :)

harpsichord course!

the seafood family (minus annie plus jamie) went on an exciting adventure to ACS(I) to attend a harpsichord course which the MEP teachers told us to go.
SIGH I COULD HAVE PONNED IT AND ATTEND MY FIRST DA ZU. SIGH.
anyway.
Congress was a little more interesting. Or maybe it was more interesting because the topics raised were philo and CLE and other stuff. For the philo part valsoh suggested that we propose a wonderful idea to fumigate the entire philo room, which has been ant-infested for a loooooong time. Aiya very simple, just go to the philo room armed with bottles of baygon can oredi lah.
Wouldn't it have been weird if valsoh and I went up to the microphone during congress and say:
"Good afternoon madam chairperson, we are Valerie from 202 and we suggest that the philo room be fumigated asap."
oh no i can't imagine that man.
After assembly dorcas willette valsoh kiwan jamie and I waited for bean to rush down with her bag and after that we went to KFC for a super quick lunch. We met quite alot of the MEPers on the way there, and the best thing was that WE WERE LATE.
There wasn't enough time to complete our meals so we dumped all the burgers and drinks into a few plastic bags and rushed off to take the MRT to DOVER. why must ACS(I) be so far, it's practically at the other side of Singapore!
While we were waiting for the train to arrive dorcas accidentally spilled the coke and sprite, and we were frantically cleaning up the mess with tissues until the MRT train arrived. We knew we were already going to be late so we had no choice but to run into the train just as the door was closing, leaving behind a puddle of coke. We felt so bad that we called up the orchard MRT station while we were in the train, to CONFESS our MESS. the lady was pretty nice about it and she said she'd send someone to clean it up for us.
when we reached dover we ran out of the train without realising that there was actually another way which we could go out. So we chose the nearest door and rushed out and down the long escalator. Dover MRT station is so white and futuristic, it seemed like some sort of air base in a foreign planet. Miraculously we managed to find our way to the bus stop by agaration and after waiting for a long time a bus came. Someone went to flag a taxi despite the fact that it was IMPOSSIBLE to squeeze in seven late and flustered girls into a single taxi. And anyway none of us asked for a taxi to be flagged. And taxis weren't supposed to stop there because it was a bus stop. WL. So the six of us didn't go into the cab and the taxi driver was so pissed that he was flagged for nothing so he drove off. yes good anyway we didn't have money to take a taxi.
Finally a bus came so we took it to ACS(I). By the time we reached there it was so late that we were all freaking out but we had to keep as quiet and unnoticeable as possible because it wouldn't be very appropriate if a VERY FLUSTERED AND FREAKED group of girls were seen hurrying about in a boys' school. Suddenly there were so many boys everywhere. boys here boys there boys everywhere. We got directions from some people, which were at least helpful enough to lead us up to the general office and the ground floor which was 3 storeys above where we were. We got directions from the lady in the office but while we were walking to the building a friendly usher led us to the theatre. And when we opened the door...
ALL EYES WERE ON US.
A very embarrassing moment for the seven of us. We were so scared of getting scolded by s***** k*** that we didn't really care, we went in by another door and plonked ourselves right on the stairs and continued with the lecture.
The first part of the lecture was quite interesting and the best part was that we actually got to see and touch a real harpsichord. However the masterclass got a little progressively boring and bean and valsoh were drawing loads of spastic stuff on their NOTES. ah well we were all drawing.
I met cbw and xianhui during the short break. and other than that the rest of the masterclass was really honestly kind of boring and besides taking notes I spent the time trying to think of the names and types of all 386 pokemon.
dorcas, bean and I went home together 'coz we're all FELLOW MEN AND EAST-DWELLERS muahaha. We were all squashed up in the MRT train and were having quite a fun time watching two small little children playing in the train... the boy was sort of playing around with his fingers and playfully gripped this Indian man's pants really hard... The man was quite shocked but i think he tried to ignore the boy. haha.
the three of us got off at tanah merah. and went home.
and that's pretty much what we did yesterday.
by the way,
I think i'm really losing my interest for Chinese. We have philo and chinese back to back on thursdays and honestly, I'm sad to say that I prefer philo, even if it means that we have to endure the ants crawling all over the floor in the philo room.
I just realised that when I was four, I strongly protested against my whole family (which includes the cousins and relatives etc) singing the birthday song in Chinese. Anyway they sang it in Chinese and I was pretty upset. Coz at that time I didn't know anything about Chinese and I had to learn Chinese songs by pure agaration.
so my agaration ability is very good! =_=
and I only started talking to my grandparents in Chinese after I managed to learn Chinese properly in primary school. Coz I used to speak in Hokkien when I didn't know Chinese.
YEAH.
I miss last year's chinese lessons... they were honestly very engaging.

happy birthday to me and nadia!!! muahaha.
I LOVE YESTERDAY AND TODAY! got to thank lots of people today!
1) nads- thanks for the cute voodoo doll! COCONUT AND PEANUT AND FLIPPY MISS SQUIRT, SQUEAL AND FLOPPY (: remember so fun last year we had history test and then everyone was singing the bday song! you got loads of b'day luck but definitely not me! haha! happy birthday dear twin! I'M FIVE HOURS OLDER THAN YOU THOUGH. coz i was born at 4.42 am (:
2) annie- my fellow TRIPLET! but you born on 20 august so anyway here's wishing you a happy birthday in advance! Thanks for the funkaye PURPLE girl power cushion! :)
3) magdalene- thanks for the toblerone and kissables! you wanna kiss me? (heh u should be kissing joh-joh instead :P)
4) liangzi- I LOVE YOU CHEN LULU. thanks for the notebook and lip balm!! Can't believe you actually managed to get the LULU notebook you were looking for in China last year!! and yup thanks especially for the lip balm 'coz I needed it to make my lips less dry to play suona yesterday! (:
5) weite, michy, willette, dorcas, valsoh, cebean, cheryl and chickeeen steeew!
THANK YOU FOR THE SWEET CARD AND CUDDLY LITTLE JIRACHI PLUSHIE AND MOST OF ALL THE CRAZY LAYERS OF WRAPPING PAPER!
i WILL get full score for my nintendo games AND next week's annoying hist test (:
thanks everyone I really really reeeeeaaaaaaallly love my jirachi!! (:
6) everyone else who wished me or made my bdae super duper wonderful! :)

AND OF COURSE
thanks to mum and dad for taking me out today!
We went to swensens for lunch, then dad made us close our eyes while he drove us to a mystery place which he refused to tell us about. The surprise was a two-and-a-half hour cruise along sentosa and its neighbouring islands aboard the cheng ho 2 boat! The boat was so wonderful! At first we sat right at the top of the boat where we got a pretty clear view of sentosa and the cable cars, then halfway through the journey mum got seasick so we went to the front of the boat where there were nice benches. And the sea breeze is wonderful (:
We managed to take a walk in Kusu Island, which wasn't really filled with as many turtles as mum described. The small pond there had pretty much dried up, and apparently the turtles had been evacuated to a turtle sanctuary, and various "enclosures" in the temple which was very eerie. There was a snake sleeping in the cage which mum was pressing her hands against and when dad told her that there was a large python in there she went totally berserk.
We boarded the boat again but this time we sat in the special air-conditioned dining area where there was a high tea buffet. It started raining and after we'd passed lazarus island, sisters island and st john's island, the boat turned back so I studied jap in the boat! and it was really fruitful coz i managed to finish 4/5 of my studying. (: we saw pulau bukom which was filled with all those long pointed chimney-like structures and satellites which dad said were supposed to be for protecting the country.
after the ride mum bought me a new purple fila shirt and we went out for dinner at some restaurant in geylang with my aunt and grandma. HOORAY.
i've just finished my ice cream cake! it's so delicious coz it's triple layered!! AAAHHH!!
had a reeeaaally wonderful birthday today! dad's the BEST!
(:
happy bdae!

chngkle!

yay I've completed loads of work.
and still got more to do. BLEARGH

yesterday valsoh charlotte and I went to xiner's house to do chinese pt! Xiner's house is at water place and it's super nice! the whole place is really full of WATER (which suggests the name) and the best thing is that the lift lobby is fully air-conditioned! yupp we enjoyed the lift lobby we sure did.
We had a smashing good time looking at each others' photos (VAL SOH AND MICHELLE CHIA!) and we were sort of multi-tasking because we had xiner's huge computer and her mum's laptop with us. but the chinese typing software installed in the laptop drove valsoh and charlotte up the wall. it drove me up the ceiling. I spent two hours trying to draw a proper map and i'm about to go colour it after i've finished with this post.
oh yeah we ended up playing bridge and dai di and I'm simply horrible at it because my parents don't like playing it. so everyone had to wait for me while i frantically sorted out the cards and I said the stupidest thing.
"can i bid ace?"
OH MAN OH MAN OHHHH MAN! can only bid club hearts spade diamond right? haha.
we went to parkway for lunch at about 3 plus after chiong-ing for chinese PT, and on the bus we saw this guy whose legs were terribly slender. too slender for a guy lar. xiner says his legs look like celene's and i couldn't agree more. ahhh!! I feel ashamed of myself! My legs are bigger than that guy's! MY LEGS ARE BIGGER THAN A GUY'S OH MY GOODNESS. aaaarrrrgh!
When we alighted we found that all of the guy's friends had equally slender legs, there was one of them whose legs were downright SKINNY and fair.
and you know why their legs look fair?
because their legs are hairless. oohlala!
we had lunch at pastamania and suddenly the power supply got cut off. Then we stayed in pastamania for a while to mug geog, but we ended up digressing and talking about CHNGKLE.
since weixian calls charlotte chngkle (chngkle chngkle little star) we decided to come up with our own chngkle names. so we're chngkle, puakle, sohkle and teokle. wow.
we figured out that mrs koh would be kohkle so we made a tongue twister out of all the surnames similar to koh.
koh, toh, goh and soh.
KOHTOHGOHSOHKLE!
we discovered that charlotte's chngkle is similar to lots of the teachers' surnames (like ms chung's) and anyway, charlotte CHUNG sounds a lot nicer! haha.
okay well that's the end of the story! thanks xiner charlotte and valsoh! we had loads of fun yesterday! jiayou everyone for chinese pt!! (:
1 MORE WEEK!!
bye byes.

national day+dee!

hello!
today was very VERY enjoyable. very enjoyable day.
1) National day celebrations in sch
It was kind of fun but honestly the competitions segment was quite boring. Good thing I was sitting with two other crazy persons and one EXTREMELY CRAZY MUSHROOM. dorcas valsoh and willette. To while the time away we just talked alot of humorous rubbish (in other words, crap.) and occasionally stood near the staircase at the koi pond to spy on cindy...
At one point of time I dragged salmon over to join the insane party but salmon's never really that crazy so she was laughing all the way.
I suddenly thought of John Cage, a composer we'd just learnt about during MEP yesterday. It just so happens that willette likes Cage. Then while bean was poring over the john cage handouts during MEP, she pointed out that JOHN CAGE COLLECTS MUSHROOMS. in other words Cage collects willettes. Dorcas and valsoh and I were laughing like crazy and I laughed so hard until I started crying and couldn't stop until ms loo started staring at us. haha. fun MEP moments!
I guess everyone's heard of Xi You Ji (journey to the west) before.
So salmon was offered as a sacrifice to willette the MUSHROOM GOD. so now willette is sun wu kong (actually was mo gu kong). valsoh's sun wu kong's sidekick i think but i forgot which one.. I'm the zhu ba jie. the pig. Salmon's the MONK and dorcas is well.. DODO FISHBALL.
Which led us to start a whole mad discussion on funny tv advertisements like the destinee jewelry one, huggies, DODO FISHBALLS and of course the stupid baby biscuit advertisement. baby mama. yucks I freak out everytime I see that advertisment.
lai, baby yi pian, mama yi pian!
HAHAHA.
We were super enthu during community singing and jumping around... the best was chan mali chan, we shouted HOI HOI the loudest. And we saw some teachers dancing!!!
ok that's about it i guess. FOR SUPPORTING EVIDENCE PLEASE SEE VAL SOH'S BLOG (:

2) going out with dee!
Dee wanted to go out with the class after n-day celebrations but most of us couldn't make it because of Speech Day, so it was reduced to just valsoh, moony, charlotte, dee and I.
On the way to Shaw Centre, moony declared how inspired she was to sing the BEAN THEME SONG. We've all been inspired by ruixin! Charlotte, moony and I sang the bean song as we went up the long escalator to the cinema while poor val soh was freaking out! Valsoh get into the bean fever lar! We took half an hour to decide what to eat and towards the end of our early early lunch dee finally arrived. We decided to watch CLICK and after buying the tickets we went down to walk around some more. We went to one of the neighbouring malls and we sang the bean song all the way there. I think we were sort of "troublemakers" 'cause when we went to the CD shop valsoh accidentally tipped over a pile of CDs. then valsoh and charlotte took a picture of themselves wearing hats in the roxy shop and got scolded by the shopkeeper.
I SAW WANG LEE HOM!
ahhh... i saw posters of wangleehom hanging in the fossil watch shop! I shall get a fossil watch one day. GASP GASP GASP (:
We went back to Shaw Centre again and this time, charlotte, moony and I stood right in the middle of the whole mall on the third floor. We got quite a good view of everyone and every level of the mall. AND WE STARTED SINGING THE BEAN SONG. Charlotte never manages to sing the whole song properly coz she ends up laughing! Moony has a very good voice! While we were singing the marshmallow-faced auntie on the escalator stared back at us. Oops we forgot to cover our mouths. (:
After trip to the toilet we bought this huge box of popcorn and a drink and went into the largest cinema.. It was so erm ENCHANTING. I've never seen such a huge cinema in my entire life! See how sua ku I am.
CLICK IS A GREAT MOVIE!
Moony, charlotte and I were going crazy over the HUBBA-BUBBA HABEEBOO! Imagine if we could use such a remote control during lessons. wooot then we'd be able to sleep in class! xD
We sang the bean song in the underpass and right after we ended our song, a group of students doing flag day started singing their song. The bean choir does inspire people to use the wonderful vocal chords they have been endowed with.
This weird american guy started making a funny EH-EH-EH noise when he was walking behind us. Valsoh thought she was hallucinating but we all heard the noise too! Crazy guy...
The best part of the whole train ride was that..
WE SAW A HUBBA-BUBBA IN THE MRT TRAIN!
too bad moony didn't take the same train as us! Charlotte and I were laughing like crazy in the train because we were standing right next to the hubba-bubba.
after char and valsoh alighted only dee and i were left and we got off at tampines.. Ahh... I'll miss you dee!!

STUPID TING XIE.
I got 23/43 for ting xie and I have to copy down ALL FORTY-THREE WORDS TEN TIMES.
Isn't that madness? Once I'd finished the incredible two-hour feat I collapsed on the bed and slept for 45 minutes. Then I watched Ju-On.
ARRRGH!
I love ju on! but the ending's a bit sad.

back to work now. tomorrow i'll be in church practicing for skit and i can't believe im acting as a MIDDLE-AGED HOUSEWIFE. oohlala. why couldn't i be the calafair waitresses! (:
byes! happy birthday singapore!

subject combi

So I've just officially chosen my subject combination.
Double sciences- biology chemistry and two humanities- english literature and geography. Plus Japanese.
Okay, so I'm playing to my strengths for this subject combi. Japanese is my best subject, it's the only one that really pulls my GPA up. Literature has been consistently good, at least always 3.6 GPA, chemistry good, biology marks are basically acceptable and my geography improved ever since the EOY last year.
I'm going to quit MEP next year. It'll be held after school on WEDNESDAYS from next year onwards. When we heard about it we were like, "WHAAAAAT!!!?". Celine, valsoh and I have been talking to ms loo about this problem and she says we can quit as long as we're not in DSA for music, but we should pursue it until sec four at least. Poor celine and valsoh have guides on wednesdays so they're worse off because I have 3rd lang on wednesdays and i could quit 3rd lang if i wanted to.
BUT NO WAY. 3RD LANG IS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IN MY ACADEMIC LIFE.
Japanese is a big part of my life, just as important as music is! Since i'm already taking music with a private teacher, MEP sort of supplements my private lessons. Well it has been very useful and enriching, no doubt. But JAPANESE! What would I do without it! Dad has japanese clients, and I've already corresponded with one of them. i wrote a letter to the guy in japanese and he wrote back and he bought this wonderful package of 12 uniball erasable pens, stationery and a set of double sided highlighters from tobu. AHH jap is the love. And japanese stuff has always been my interest, except anime. Thanks to my dad for introducing me to our favourite weekly TV program- Japan Hour. My family loves eating japanese food! (:
Japanese is interesting and useful and since I have an interest in it, all the more I should pursue it. And thanks to japanese I can actually understand more about pokemon stuff (like the diamond and pearl videos and screenshots)! Well I guess pokemon's one of my top priorities in life. I aspired to be a pokemon game programmer in primary school. Ah well.
JAP IS THE LOVE. <3<3<3
Celine has no choice but to continue with MEP for the rest of her academic life because she's DSA for music. phew thank God I'm in DSA for english. Valsoh's torn between MEP and guides. Magdaboon's probably joining MEP next year. Sigh.
this means that.. THE SEAFOOD FAMILY WILL BE SEGREGATED!! NOOOOOO!
we might just be in different classes since annie and i are quitting MEP.
nooo!
No more valsoh celine michelle kayleigh yian willette dorcas jamie zan kiwan annie deanna jingwei frances delise chloe liting tryphena shanin amanda rachel may and everybody!
i love MEP. but must sacrifice it because it clashes with my 3rd lang and i can't change my 3rd lang date at all. Chinese orchestra is on thursday on friday. So no choice but to sacrifice.
Oh, well. onward with my life then!
By the way I have some shoutouts to some people.

aida and weesian: heyyy! thanks for making life in the classroom super fun! Throwing correction tape and double sided tape, and dotting one anothers' arms with pink and purple markers! And writing YMCA on our fingers! And taking pictures of each other during chemistry! And singing all sorts of wacky songs! And doing the cikgu mizar thing! I love you both you two wonderful seating partners!! <3<3<3

celine bean: celine bean! you and me.. me and you! you are soft and I am hard! we are happy and gay. muahaha. We've been getting FUNKAYE with valsoh during MEP! Keep eating those long stick bread and long bananas! kemama stars forever, yeah!

valsoh: thanks alot for everything squiddy.. for all the fun we had so far!! yeap to be honest you're the first true bestie i ever had in rgs... you know the one who was supposedly
my "best friend in rgs". yeah. thanks for enduring my craziness and those occassional times when I got pissed with people regarding PTs and you just allowed me to let off my steam.. haha. Meeting that loony woman at dhoby ghaut MRT station! get totally totally FUNKAYE in the seafood family and michy, celine and serfer and erm CINDY. (: love you so much! haha!

mich: fancy calling me up almost EVERY DAY during the holidays! hahaha! our honey stars and serfers and vitagens and mos burgers and everything! (:

and of course,
-cindy: THANK YOU!! you make stars come alive! ahem ahem. keep eating rice burgers!! hoped you liked the glowing stars and the pooh bear! we know you just love durians so we shall make DURIAN-FLAVOURED BEAN COOKIES one day!

okay
bye byes!

nintendo ds lite!

HAPPY HAPPY I'M THE HAPPIEST PERSON EVER.
After CO (which ended early) mum and I went to tampines mall to buy dinner.
We decided to have a look at the NINTENDO DS LITE sold in the multimedia shop in century square, just to compare prices and stuff like that.
We spent half an hour at the shop. I spent half an hour drooling in front of the white gleaming ds lite lying in the display cabinet.
and to my surprise mum bought the nintendo DS lite for me!! It was a pretty good deal compared with other shops we went to! The offer: 1 icy blue (that's very pale light blue) ds lite with an extra stylus (in case I lost the original stylus) and a free nintendo DS game. We bought Pokemon Trozei (AH YAY), two protective covers for the two LCD screens (which are pretty prone to scratching) and a light pink case for the ds lite. Those are very early (not really, two weeks early only) birthday gifts from mum and dad. hooray hooray Nadia's birthday's on my birthday too and she's getting contact lenses.
and we're both getting swensens' ice cream cakes! I remember the ice cream cake I had two years ago. It was so large because my family was celebrating my mum's and my bdae (which are just one day apart) together, and it was SO LARGE that we kept the remaining pieces of cake in four plastic tupperwares in the freezer until about early october!!
Cindy prefers to have durian ice cream cake.
:P
YAY THANK YOU MUM AND DAD (:
shhh. me is going down to plaza singapura to buy the recordable card for mum's birthday. hee.
(:

but then again...
I just did something naughty.
I didn't hand in philo today because I haven't even COMPLETED it yet.
Actually I did try to complete it at 11pm last night, but I was so tired from the IGH netball game and doing math assignments and revision and tuition work that my entire philo journal went haywire. The more i read my essay the more I discovered that I was contradicting myself. Oh dear. goody at least zaff's going to hand in hers on monday too! WHEE. zaff my lil' life-saver.
Please do spare me my dear philo homework and philo teacher! I almost died trying to do just the FIRST question. I wavered over to Utilitarianism in the first question when actually it was about consequentialism or something. YES I WILL HAND IN MY PHILO HOMEWORK ON MONDAY. with zaff. :P
NICE CHINESE SONGS AID IN THE COMPLETION OF PHILO JOURNALS.
It may not be true for you, but it sure is for me! wang lee hom's songs seem to stimulate my thinking skills. muahaha. I laugh.

-

dunno why but I just realised that i'm much more introverted than last year.
believe it or not.
what has become of the world?
friendships crumbling. (not mine im referring to some other ppl la)
annoying fake pokemon.
so much homework to do.
and BAO MEI LI and BONGLA didn't come for jap today.
sighs.
what has become of the world!
this is just one of those times I prefer being alone. just thinking and falling asleep with my eyes wide open.
I need a laugh.

this is certainly not my day.
back to philo and back to organizing the RS surveys. bleh (:
17 days! 17 more days! mweeeeheehee. (: (: (: (:

turkish ice cream!

I decided to slack for a little while (since chem's over, why not take a little breather?) and went out to far east with valsoh and celine for a while.
OOPSIE sorry to keep you all waiting at the foyer so long! heh.
anyway we shopped for some things and far east, or rather, I accompanied valsoh and celine to buy the things. We saw this very interesting long banana with the peel and the voodoo dolls that everyone in class is so crazy about. I'm not allowed to buy those voodoo dolls coz they're voodoo. Celine had a craving for ice cream so we went over to the Turkish restaurant, the very same one raisin eunice xiner celine valsoh charlotte and I went to, to buy Turkish ice cream. again. At least this time I got a not-so-difficult ice cream. Celine bean had a much harder time than I did, ha ha. Valsoh bought a greeeeeeeeen apple slurpee and celine and I were crammed in that narrow aisle near the slurpees in 7-11 and we were practically leaning against a rack full of chocolates and assorted sweets. grrr. (:
I'm surprised I didn't sing the bean song on the way to the MRT station! I guess I didn't really feel like singing because I'd just recovered from a fever and sore throat. HOORAY for valsoh and bean! My going-home-every-tuesday partners! (:
BUSY BUSY BUSY
amidst all the business I'm very very very very thankful I still have little bits of time to do my recreation stuff and exercise and some devotion and things like that. I've been watching the Harry Potter movies back-to-back since yesterday, reading harry potter and the half blood prince (a random thought about Horcruxes made me feel like reading it for the umpteenth time again) and reading a new devotional book. yayyy.
BUSY BUSY BUSY
Mum went to tampines mall to check out the Nintendo DS Lite yesterday and the shop only sells three colours- dark blue, white and very very light blue. Grrr I was hoping I for the pink one!! Oh wellies guess I'll have to go to parkway parade after church on Sunday to see if there's a pink one!! Or maybe the mega multimedia shop in century has it..
BUSY BUSY BUSY
