banana christmas 05

yay. hmm on thursday the whole banana gang was at my house to celebrate our annual xmas partay... yeah!!
goals: finish video-ing our Banana Chronicles (part one) and teach leng and agogo how to cycle.
well.
our plan to trick agogo backfired very terribly. In the end agogo thought that we were tricking baofang?!!! crazy ah you. Then we decided to go down to the long long long looooooooooong void deck of the block adjacent to mine (and unfortunately the block where the pervert lives) to cycle. But first we had to dust the whole bike and pump the tyres coz I hadn't used it for like THREE years. Usually prefer to rent out a pro mountain bike at East Coast every saturday. now you noe. I sometimes pon GB to go cycling. muahahahar. shhh~
Too bad we couldn't take along my two scooters and skate car. The skate car's totally cool, you sit on a little toboggan-like vehicle, place your feet on one part of the handles and hold the remaining part of the handles to steer yourself around. I used to play that in kindergarten. :D
So we went down, baofang with the bicycle and me wearing my oversized heelys shoes. i love heelys! It seems a bit childish for my age (tut, tut, zooming around the shopping mall in a pair of big shoes with wheels fitted underneath them) but i don't care. They're nice. Leng discovered that she did know how to cycle and pretty soon she had completed her *lesson*. I think it took us an hour or so to teach agogo but it was all worth it. Agogo learns quite fast lah she could balance(and did better without us holding on to her) herself and occasionally zig-zag around the pillars. good job yeah!
We had pelican pizza for lunch (hawaiian as usual urgh) den we watched wan quan yu le. It was about horoscopes i think. After that, we went upstairs to film our last segment for our first Banana Chronicles movie. The first one was Susu and Papaya, filmed on 20 August 05, based on a very crazy idea that leng and I thought of during one extra boring science lesson last year. The second was Banana Superstar, which was something like Singapore Idol. yeah. So now we had this Susume Street ABCs, a very humourous and stupid ABC video. For instance,
A for Ah Gua,
B for Banana (leng),
C for Constipation,
D for Dog (my dog!!)
E for Elephant (think of xu meng zhe), etc.
The best was K for Kikopeh (Cheeko-peh+King Kong=Kikopeh), and L for LAO SAI!!! hahahaha.... i think leng makes a very good kikopeh. sicko. hahahar
oh yes and P for PMS. (for those who are guys, please DO NOT bother about this PMS thing)
Halfway thru the filming, the batteries went dead and while recharging the batteries, we talked about those interesting English, Math, Social Studies, Art and Health Education lessons with miss sng. HA. And how we got into trouble with our form teacher soooo many times (yes im very naughty) and had to "see her outside". ah, the good ol' days.
We had chicken spaghetti and cream of mushroom for dinner, then we hurried off to finish filming the ABC show. We even did a little christmas special to conclude the whole thing. Whee~ now mom can send the tape for conversion... then it'll become our own DVD! wah...
Yeps it was reeeeeaaaally fun and exciting... Wish we could go out more often... How about a sentosa outing next march? YEAH. well merry christmas everyone... :)

Outings tis wk

PHEW I've been having so much fun this week, and it's only WEDNESDAY!
Yesterday I went for my church youth meeting at uncle sunny's place... very fun... we played captain's ball for such a loooooong time (yay my group won), had pizza for lunch, did some sharing on Sunday's Message and playing more outdoor games later on. heh. i must've worked out quite a bit. wheeeeee~
Today? Well I went out with my cousin dawn and my nice nice aunt to seletar country club. We swam for such a loooong time, took a bath in the nice air-conditioned bathroom and lots of stuff. Had salmon steak for lunch and fried rice for dinner. hahaha. After lunch we went bowling with dawn's friend and during my second game I managed to strike quite a number of times.. After that I slackened a bit... I LUV BOWLING!
Ohyes another game I luv is BILLIARD! bowling and billiard! Well I can play billiard but not very well... So in the end my aunt and I were cheating by bowling the ball across instead of striking it with the stick, climbing on top of the table and all sorts of silly stuff. But i luv it! hahaha. later we went to the arcade to play some games (I love the shooting and car-racing thing!!!), and spent two hours plus playing in the Children's Playroom (which was NOT meant for two fourteen-year-olds, a thirteen-year-old and a very mature twelve-year-old.) We were hurtling little plastic balls at each other in the Ball Pool, attacking each other with a plastic rotan thingy and bouncy squishy plastic things. SO FUN. AND THE PRANK CALS AFTER DINNER! OH YAY!!
I decided to do a prank call on dear LULU, so first I asked jireh to do it (but since he's so scared of OLDER WOMEN, he didnt do it in the end). So I got Dawn to help me. HAHA.
Dawn: Hello? Is this Chen Li Xiang?
Lulu: Yes, this is...
Dawn: Oh you don't know me meh? I'm Dawn...
Lulu: Ha? -_- Who do you want to talk to?
Dawn: Can i talk to Chen Li Xiang?
Lulu: No such person
Dawn: Are you Chen Lulu?
Lulu: OH MY GOD OH MY GOD! (she sounded as if she was in labour)
Dawn: I am a psychic expert, blah blah blah
Lulu: I don't know you, but I know the person sitting beside you!
(Me takes over the phone)
Me: HAHAHA
Lulu: OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!
etc.
YES. I enjoy prank calling people!!!!!!! hahaha. everyone u better beware!
anyways everything today was so perfect and fun... hahaha... hope we can go bowling and billiard-ing some other time hor dawn! thanks!!

5566 CONCERT

so..it's been like FIVE whole days!My original post about this got accidentally deleted or something, and anyway there was an error in the publication of that post. BLEHsss. How very sad!!okay so i shall begin from 5pm, Saturday, 17 December 2005.My maid and I were rushing like mad to change, pack up, etc... I had a huge problem. hmphs I couldn't decide whether I should wear jeans or a skirt. In the end I decided on my favourite OP skirt.SIX-THIRTY pm. We eagerly eagerly suuuuper-eagerly left the house to fetch leng and her sister. EXCITEMENT. WHOOSH~ It was a concert. It was THE concert. It was THE 5566 ONE WORLD ONE DREAM CONCERT 2005. *dances around madly*Yup dad dropped us at the bus stop, which was a bit far from the MaxPavilion, so I bought my dinner at burger king before we split up and went to the concert at different times (i went with leng and her sis). When we went into the concert hall we had no choice but to DUMP our drinks into the trash can (I kept mine well-hidden in my bag though) because food and drinks were strictly NOT allowed. hmph. We each bought a pai pai, which is basically just a luminous-green double-sided clapper in the shape of a hand. We were supposed to clap them during the concert. YAY we sat on the eighth row from the stage, which was considerably near...Then we waited. By the way I was busy admiring the 5566 wristband i'd bought earlier on. And waited. while listening to madonna's songs being played in the hall. AND then...The lights DIMMED. The place DARKERNED. And FLASHING on the screen were pictures of African animals and the words "No matter who you are, no matter what language you speak, no matter what the colour of your skin is, we all have the same dreams." or something like that. WORLD PEACE, baybeh! It was super cool, and everyone was screaming away even though 5566 hadn't appeared yet. Too much excitement. I almost made the woman in front of me deaf! The concert was very nice! We went on a three-and-a-half hour journey around the world, visiting various continents- Africa, Europe, America, Oceania, Asia. (oceania isn't a continent, is it?) The first stop was Africa, and to kick off the concert with a huge BANG they started with Yi Qi Mao Xian, and some others like Zen Yang and Shen Hua, wearing what looked like leopard skin suits. Next stop- Europe and America. 5566 sang more of those songs which were largely influenced by western culture, like Crying in the Rain, Wa Sha Mi, etc. OH YESH they did this incredibly fast hat-passing feat while singing Zhui Gan Pao Tiao Peng! PRO!!In addition to the continents thingy, they acted out this funny scene which involved characters from 5566's chinese dramas meeting together and arguing... There was DJ from MVP Qing Ren, You Ya Yu from Westside Story, Wei Ying Qi from Mr Fighting and Xu Ziqian from Wang Zi Bian Qing Wa (the frog show). The four of them had different talents and were competing to see who was the best of all of them. Then DANG-OH the big cute frog appeared and sang his crazy froggy song!! 7 Flowers made their appearance too, along with Tai Ji (they were dancing with 5566)! WEI RU and TAI RONG! HALO!Back to the continents. Second-last was Oceania, the most erm, peaceful of them all. They sang those more sentimental songs like Shi Jie Zui Mei De Feng Jing (OMG MY FAVOURITE SONG!) while taking pictures of themselves with Polaroids and flinging the photos to the screaming fans. HMPH one photo actually flew over my big head. Last continent- ASIA. Big, grand Asia. They sang all the cool cool songs like Tong Yi Ge Shi Jie (the theme song, which means One World One Dream), Easy Come Easy Go and many others. There was even an ENCORE session where a video of XIAO DAO (ah our long-lost 5566 guy) egging us on to shout "ENCORE ENCORE", then 5566 appeared again and sang many of their older and more sentimental songs, most of which were from the First Album. The wonderful concert ended with Hao Jiu Bu Jian and a little birthday celebration for Shaowei (whose bdae was the next day) and i screamed so sooo loud. my screams are pretty ear-piercing. SO. THE MOST FUN PART OF THE CONCERT?--> 5566 speaking in different foreign languages! Mengzhe spoke Korean (very well), Xiezhi spoke Thai (very cutely), SHAOWEI spoke Malay (but quit halfway while drinking a glass of wine) and Renfu spoke FRENCH. FRENCH!! He kept saying "J'aime le double sinc double SIX", enunciating every word verrry clearly and it was so so humorous that all the fans were laughing. WELL DONE 5566! The concert RAWKED! It RAWKED lots! i hope i can go next year!!! until then... see ya, 5566.

WHOOOOPEEEEEDOOOOOO

whoopeedoo! ehehex.
The contractor finally came to hack off our whole kitchen this week. Hence we found ourselves living on packed food and "microwaved" food! urgh. On tuesday the banana gang went to the civil service club at tessensohn road [near church] to PLAY! leng and agogo didn't really enjoy their lunch and fang could barely finish hers. ahaha. den we went bowling for a while...
THIS IS REEEEAALLLY funny. After putting on our shoes me and leng were busily keying in the names of the players and leng decided to key some other names instead. you will see... although the names are definitely easy to guess. when it was agogo's turn to play [she's the first] xu meng zhe's name was flashing on the screen... BOO YOU agogo and fang! How can u both strike right on the first round??! meanwhile... me and leng weren't having much luck. especially leng. We were clowning around most of the time- trying to imitate the way 5566 hosts shao nian te gong dui by introducing agogo with a most horrible rendition of the xiao fei xiang song and fang with the batman thing. muahahaha. Agogo turned out to be the BEST player of all with a score of 67 (was it 67? i forgot!), then me, fang and lastly leng. dun give up leng!
After bowling we pretty much did nothing except to sit at the very high table near the tidbit shop and devour two packets of hot hot french fries (bao fang spat out a fry bcoz it was burning her tongue). Then badminton. We figured that the shorter ones should play against each other and the same for the taller ones so... leng VS fang and agogo VS me for the first round. We did some doubles, rested and then... BOO YOU AGAIN agogo!! U know what agogo was so fortunate that her friend offered her a HUNDRED AND SOMETHING DOLLAR 5566 concert ticket and she rejected the offer!!!! AGOGO! You could have been given the chance to go with us to the concert later!!!!
BUT. agogo is so virtuous so honest so nice... she rejected it bcoz she felt bad about getting such an expensive ticket for free. *applause for agogo please*
Lastly, after badminton, we went back to the bowling alley to cool ourselves and chat at the high high table again. Leng and I hoarded postcards, particularly one which said, "183 people have been killed by road accidents"183 Club man! 183 Club!!!
well anyways it was a really fun banana outing and we'll be seeing each other on the 23rd for the banana christmas party! WHOOOOSH~

medical appointments

ahaha. Finally a day when I am totally free to blog. let's see...
Sunday: not much actually. kevin went to church, elizabeth is OUT and kenneth was staying at his aunt's place at bukit panjang... awwwww... There's gonna be a dinner at Swensens for all those who attended the MTC camp on friday. YAY! ICE CREAM at last! However...
Ice cream=high sugar content=diabetes and FATS=treatment=possibly the point of no return=DEATH, my dears, DEATH!
so sorry. very paranoid about ice cream since i started dieting last year. :)
ANYWAY. ice cream is fine. as long as it's taken in moderation. heh.
After kind of a hectic lunch at wisma dad, agogo and I took mom and ahma to this beauty world plaza in Bukit Timah. I heard that it was some sort of an Ah Soh's Paradise. wheeeeeee. wait i'm not an ah soh. So on the long ride back it was just me and agogo and dad, and agogo and I almost drove my dad crazy with all that singing and kissing and yelling at the back of the car. MUACKS!

Tuesday and today
WAH KAO tuesday and today was TOTALLY MEDICAL APPOINTMENT DAYS.
On tuesday morning I woke up to find mom snoring right beside me on the bed, and since it was only 9 plus we slept and slothed until about 10.30am before really getting up. The whole morning was once again dedicated to Shao Nian Te Gong Dui and I decided to multi-task and bake some sort of bread called damper, which turned out to be a whole buttery mess which only my dog enjoyed thoroughly. Guess I'd better stick to cookies and brownies for now.... I had to follow mom for her finger appointment at the orthopaedic clinic at TTSH, then to my own dental appointment at 5pm. The dental clinic was at this extremely ULU place in orchard, and we were wondering why anyone would choose to set up a clinic there.
I had to do three x-rays for my teeth and jaws. so expensive lar... -_- Actually the whole process was really fun! In the end we discovered that I was missing two permanent teeth, and i'll probably going for extraction after christmas (i hope so, or else cannot eat xmas goodies), after extraction, braces to correct the alignment of my lower teeth and to pull them back so I won't look so weird with my lower jaw protruding outwards. I think that some people with protruding lower jaws tend to be mistaken for being snobbish or putting on airs, probably coz the jaws make your chin automatically face more upwards than down. And of course this makes it look as if the poor person is always walking around with his/her head high in the air. and blah blah blah. PEOPLE, DON'T THINK LIKE THAT HOR........ Oh and in order to make a model of my teeth, the dentist pressed my teeth into this yellow delicious vanilla-flavoured agar-agar plasticine-like mould and I felt so much like licking the bits of yellow mould... yummy... Well so braces it is for me! probably blue braces... yeahh...
WEDNESDAY (which is today lah) :)
Today was another medical appointment for me. Sigh. Three days before my birthday in August my family doctor was just examining my back when she noticed a slight uneveness in the alignment of my hips. She gave us a referral to the private doctor at s'pore General hospitaL so we had to go consult him today. at 8am. EARLY IN THE MORNING! deprive me of sleep!!!!!! The best thing was that my waiting number was 0831 (THINK THINK! 183 CLUB! 831! 183!! WANG SHAOWEI!!!!) and i had to take an x-ray of my back. WOW the nurse made me change into a special pink-and-white x-ray gown which looked more like those bathing suits you wore to hot springs in japan. And myself and a few others (mostly old ppl, so lao kok kok!!) were pacing around in the waiting room, clad in the funny gown... you should see how funny it was... The funniest thing was that right before my turn I was urgent and ran to and from all the waiting rooms hunting for a toilet. When I got back it was already my turn so I dashed into the room and followed the nurse's instructions. The nurse handed me a slip of paper and told me to sign on a line under the words:
"I am not pregnant."
I was trying to control my laughter throughout the whole xray, and withing seconds it was completed. After changing back into my clothes mom and I went back to listen to the doctor's evaluation of my x-ray. SO SCARY. In the end he said I had a very minor case of scoliosis because the x-ray showed the lower end of my spine twisted to one side, and my hips tilted to another. SO SCARY. but the doctor said I could live with the scoliosis coz my bones just grew that way and since they'd matured, they wouldn't be able to grow some more. thank God. :D
no more corsettes for my back! wheeeeeeee!!!! :D

takashimaya

CHRISTMAS is coming! whee! well today was really one of the most enjoyable shopping days of all! We went out for lunch with my da gu and po po at Wisma Atria!! The new Food Republic has opened at the fourth level there so we had a wonderful sumptous lunch... A lot of food, actually:
-ha kao
-scallop thingy with prawn
-hay zhou (it's this fried prawn ngoh hiong)
-oyster omelette
-hokkien mee
-tempura set
-kaya toast
-teh and coffee
-half-boiled eggs
-noodle soup
And during lunch we noticed that a couple was performing some of my dad and aunt's favourite songs at the atrium... My dad got so excited that after lunch, he and I (being the shopping-haters) went down to listen to them serenading and strumming the guitar while the ladies went shopping at Liz Clairborne (dunno how to spell lah). We discovered that the couple was performing to help raise funds for the Make-a-Wish Foundation and there were hot ladies dressed as fairies walking around to ask for donations. I think the donations would help fulfill the wishes of some children with life-threatening conditions or diseases, and those kids would get to meet their idols or get what they wanted. WOW! I was thinking, hey, do I get to make a wish since I have an abnormally-grown back and kneecap? HAHA. My wish would be to meet and greet and spend some time with 5566. Like that would ever happen, unless i go stuff myself with fried chicken until I get severe cardiac arrest or something. Sigh. i want a fulfilled wish too! But at least I'm alive and well. I donated $20 to the foundation. Hope someone's wish will come true!
After that we went to takashimaya and saw the mei ren yu from the chinese drama serial Tong Xin Yuan. The first thing my dad said about her was to comment that she was extremely tall. Funny daddy!! We shopped a lot at taka and I bought two books at kinokuniya! YAY! I bought Zhi Qi- something like a biography of tony sun xie zhi, and Ge Dou Tian Wang (mr fighting)- the storybook version of the 5566 drama serial. Anyway. I've been reading zhi qi and I cried when i read abt xiezhi's childhood (NOT THAT I WAS CLUELESS ABOUT IT BEFORE READING THIS BOOK) and it was so saaaaaad!!! boo.
Nothing much happened, except when we we were going back to the car. Po po saw my book and started talking about 5566.
AH. Here's another of PO PO'S FUNNIEST JOKES by po po... hahaha.... (the convo has been translated from hokkien to english.)
Joke One. How to Pronounce SUN XIE ZHI in Seven Minutes at a Bench Outside Marks and Spencer's.
Me: *takes out ge dou tian wang book* Ah Ma! this is my 5566 book! U noe how to read?
Po Po:*flips the pages on the book slowly* This is 5566 hor... 5566... wu wu liu liu...
Me: ha, ha, ha.
Po Po: *points to the picture of xiezhi* This one is XIAO ZHI right? He got no father but he can dance well.
Da Gu: Ya! Mother ah, i saw him on TV! he is called XIAO ZHI hor val?
Me: *laughing* Not XIAO ZHI, XIE ZHI! SUN XIE ZHI.
Po Po and Da Gu: *frowning, deep in thought* ... XIE ZI... orhh...
Me: *resignedly* it's XIE ZHI...
Po Po: This xie zi not so handsome leh... no hair...
Me: OH YES! he is handsome alright!
Po Po: *jabs the picture of RENFU decisively* This one more handsome. Very handsome.
Me: *almost suffocates with laughter*

Joke Two: Going Nuts Over Those Four Numbers.
Five minutes later, on the escalator..
Po Po still continues to talk about Xiezhi and how much she likes 5566's songs like Tou Xin Yes I Love You. Mom and I laugh like mad.
Ten minutes later, in the toilet, grandma still still still continues to talk about 5566.
Po Po: Wu Wu Liu Liu.........
Me: -_-
IN THE CAR...
Po Po: Wu Wu Liu Liu... Their song very nice!
Da Gu: I got a new girl band leh. It is called 3434.... ah ma is in it...
Po Po: This gor gor lak lak (5566 in hokkien), I got see on TV before. Many taiwan people like them leh!
Da Gu: Eh. Got 4D results on the radio!!
*everyone listens to the results quietly*
Radio: Second Prize numbers: 7966!!
Me: Ah ma, next time you go buy 4D must buy 5566 hor!
Po Po: 5566 never ever come out one...
Me: oh...
Po Po: *rather excitedly* Eh just now you got hear laydio (radio) say the number come out is 7966 leh! Don't have 5566 got 7966! Next time we buy...
Me: er okay.
Po Po: Wu Wu Liu Liu........................................ etc etc etc etc....................

HAhAHA that's all on Po Po's Funny Jokes! Good nite!!

MTC youth camp and other things...

GREETINGS FROM UNDER THE SEA! I'm finally back from two-and-a-half days of my church's MTC youth camp. yupyup.
I suppose millions of interesting things have been happenin' for the past few days, so be warned- this post is going to be probably one of the longest i've ever written. Gear up your eyes and get ready to rollllll.... (?)
Saturday, 26th November:
Quite an interesting day... first dad and mom decided to have brunch at the joo chiat hay mee tng (prawn noodle soup) stall, and honestly I wasn't looking forward to it at all because I don't like prawn noodle soup. HA but unfortunately the stall was closed so mom and I went a-hunting for christmas decorations for my annual Banana Gang christmas party. In the end we bought some frilly colourful little party hats, one of which I placed rather unceremoniously on my dog's flattened head. And then we made a detour to kallang airport to eat lor mee and char kway teow before shopping for dad's winter clothes at suntec city. Dad went to shanghai for two days on monday, and he's extremely ultra-sensitive to the cold. sigh. After the seemingly endless hours of shopping we were heading back for the carpark when Dad decided to take us on a Ducktour. Basically, you get to sit in an amphibianic bus/boat in the shape of either a male or female duck and tour around some historical sites in Singapore on land and on the WATER! I was wondering how they'd be able to get into the sea. After leaving suntec city, the boat went on a rather sharp turn towards a forested area which had a track meant only for the ducktours. It was so bumpy and since I was sitting right next to the window there were leaves and bits of tree branches all over the top of my head. Once you got out of the other side of the track, you'd land right at the shore and then SPLASH. you take the great plunge. The tour was pretty lively, but the most interesting part was bobbing up and down in the sea... I was desperately trying to get myself wet... And that's about it for saturday i guess.. but i didn't watch Zi Jin Zhi Dian! ohh...

Monday: Dad left for shanghai, Leng left for Kuala Lumpur, Lulu's probably stuffing herself insane with man tous and chopsticks and chinese food in CHINA (duh) and lion king is probably enjoying herself in china too.... AAARGH!! why must everyone go overseas?! monday was like the loneliest day, and the only consolation was that agogo and I chatted for a pretty long time at night. HAHA.

Wednesday to Friday: MTC YOUTH CAMP!!!!!!!
I overslept on wednesday and nearly pissed mom off coz we were around ten minutes late?!! Mom and I went to the dentist after dropping off elizabeth and agogo at church first. Talk about the dentist thingy later. I left for church after the dentist appointment and got there at around 11am? The moment I burst into the hall the reverend was already delivering his first message and (very luckily) the message was about to end. sing hymns and the camp theme song We Are More Than Conquerors and in case you haven't noticed, MTC stands for more than conquerors. And then it was group time. There were three groups, kenneth's was Spongebob, agogo's was Old Cows *moomoomoo* and mine was SPIRIT MOON. whee. the nicest name. We played some games in church and team Spongebob beat the others flat in all the games of ping-pong. awwwww. From then on I thought that team Spongebob would definitely be the clear winner, coz my team was a little behind on the first day. We had the tampines one-dollar chicken rice for lunch, then agogo elizabeth abel and me went to play Twister until it was time to check in at the Aloha chalet in pasir ris. yup uncle sunny fetched the three of us and kevin and joana to the resort, and trust me, the four girls at the back really turned into squashed bananas by the time we got to the chalet. we had lunch, played games and had another message at night after dinner. i think the message was largely meant to be a chance to evangelise to the non-christians who came. Night games- agogo and I persuaded mom to let us sta and play the candle game twice and my group LOST again i think. but no matter.
Thursday--> item item item ITEEEEEMM!!!!!!!!!! argh!
Yesterday was absolutely enjoyable. really. On the first day of camp I was a bit quiet, in fact, too quiet for a usually noisy lunatic like me. But yesterday I was more open and back to my usual self, probably bcoz kenneth came along this time. Elizabeth agogo kenneth and I arrived at the chalet just in time to attend another message. This one was extremely long, and unfortunately, since I was sitting right in front of the preacher with the rest of the Spirit Moon-ers I found myself trying hard to stay awake. Actually the message became gradually more exciting because it was all about sex and about having boyfriends and that sort of thing. Dating. There was a chart which looked more like a heat-o-meter and it showed stuff like the twelve steps of bonding. Hand to hand and eventually it reaches the point of no return- genitals to genitals. During lunchtime the four of us finished our food and went out to the garden to play. Initially I had a small third clique- KTV, which stands for the Kenneth, Tina and Val. Agogo's Tina because she doesn't really have a real christian name. HAHAH. Now with Elizabeth it's extended to EKTV. EKTV- Evangelists' Karaoke Television. The moment agogo came up with that little hidden acronym we all burst out laughing! We were so free that we walked all over the little path and the back garden which led to the other chalets and the beach. On the way we spotted Daniel riding the bike so the four of us went chasing him and screaming and shrieking. Pretty insane. but funny all the same. When daniel cycled out to the beach we all shouted at him not to tiao hai (jumping into the sea). We were really mad... Oh and agogo and I got married, and we tried getting elizabeth to marry me but she wouldn't hear of it.
Group discussion time- eheheh let's see who's in my group....
-team leader--> cliffton. hahar very nice and supporting team leader. duh.
-peng bo. very quiet jay chou-ish guy. blah.
-jason. the song leader. ahahah thanks for the ideas for our presentation.
-joash. HA, HO, HEE, HEH. joker. (:
-kevin. the siao sports pro. reminds me of a cross between xian rong, gordon and shang xuan.
-"DEAR DEBBIE" *as she would rather be called. --> muahaha my dear deoxygenated cousin deborah. yes.
-me. deb and I were the only girls in the group. oh, dear...
We were brainstorming for some ideas for our group presentation. In the end we decided on a skit. the cast...
badbadbadbaaad devil--> cliffton
(the chio) angel--> dear deoxygenated debbie.
the host of the gameshow *what a notty notty boy!*-->jason
the two contestants--> pengbo and joash
the boyfriend *very perverse one*--> kevin
the girlfriend *very bimbotic one*--> me.
The story goes that two contestants are participating in a gameshow. The host shows three different incidents (which are based on the message on dating delivered earlier in the day). The first incident: Guy sees girl, sparks fly and they fall in love in the park. erm. guy and girl shuffle towards each other on the bench and finally guy tries to put arm on girl's shoulder. At that moment, the video of the incident pauses and the angel and devil start telling the guy what he should do. Then, the host asks the contestants if the guy should touch the girl and... pengbo gets it right but joash doesnt. the same thing continues, except that the incidents become increasingly more perverse. the second incident involves the guy and girl disco dancing and when both get very tired of dancing, the guy offers the girl a drink. Just when the girl is about to get the drink, the "video" pauses, the angel and demon debate and contestants give their answer. The girl shouldnt drink it because the guy might've spiked the drink or alcohol would make her drunk and do rash things. The last incident involves the guy sending the girl home. As the girl reaches her doorstep and bids the guy farewell, the guy casually asks if anyone is home. The girl says "No, why leh?" and the guy asks if he could go to the girl's house for a while. The things pauses AGAIN, blah blah blah, and in the end, the girl firmly refuses to let the guy in. the poor guy retreats and the girl goes home. WAHAHAH.
games time again. I won my very first two games of captain's ball! Spirit moon rocks! We did pretty well in the ball games and frisbee so we managed to catch up a little. AHA. group presentation. First up were the Old Cows who did a skit too. and AGOGO acted as some sort of a prostitute who passed the Aids virus to a guy (who unfortunately happened to be timothy). team Spongebob did a song and kenneth looked really cute that time... Spirit Moon won the presentation and we managed to climb all the way up to first place!! We got Swensens vouchers (which were bought by my mom) and we're going out as a group to eat!!! yay! The special barbecue was great! I had three of everything- three chicken wings, sausages and satay. After dinner the three of us went out to play volleyball (elizabeth went home first). Earlier in the afternoon four of us played volleyball with an extremely sporting cliffton. I think kenneth and cliffton must've become even fitter from climbing into drains and darting about to pick up the ball... whoops- sorry for making u run so much! :)
So anyway we were now joined by many others and we ended up playing an interesting game of monkey and then dodgeball. It was pretty late (11pm!) when mom decided to take us home, but kenneth and agogo wanted to stay. I was like in a dilemma bcoz I didn't want to be left out but I also wanted to go home and sleep in my own bed with my own pillow michelle... And I kept refusing to stay because I definitely couldn't leave my dog and my house and my room and my michelle behind!!! I can never sleep comfortably without michelle, my old, mouldy pillow with a nice corner which I rub every night since I was three. So I went home and agogo and kenneth stayed in the end...
MTC youth camp was fun! I really enjoyed myself for the past two days. And I also never had so much fun with boys since the last time when I was sitting with darren rainer xianrong and kang ning at the science lab. WOOHOO!! We are More Than Conquerors!! and also the Evangelists' Karaoke Television... hehehe...

TODAY: The dentist said that I had two milk teeth which were still unusually firmly rooted in the gums. He suspects that there isn't any permanent teeth beneath the two milk teeth. Next week I have to go for a series of x-rays on my teeth, and if there really isn't any permanent teeth, i'll have to extract the two milk teeth. The milk teeth are also unusually large (10mm long) whereas an average tooth like mine should be only 7mm long. After extraction, the dentist will probably have to close in the large 10mm-gap by fixing braces on both my jaws. As for my lower jaw, the only way to correct it is either by sawing it (the non-surgical method) or by doing a very traumatic surgery. They break the jaw bone, make it shorter in length and stick it back so that i'll have a shorter lower jaw. Looking at the terrible methods of fixing my jaw, I'd much rather have it just as long the way it is now, as long as it doesn't grow any longer!!! ^-^

"My house there got a nice bubble tea shop, let's go there!"
