post for michelle
today valsoh and jamie came over to do geog PT! besides consolidating stuff into our hilda taba table, valsoh and i were sabo-ing each other when we were msn-ing with someone. *giggle..*giggle. here's a post dedicated to my most precious and greatly loved pillow.
Michelle is a pillow with a very prominent corner which is yellowing with age.
She has seen me through the past eleven years of my life.
I bury my face right into her whenever I cry, I toss her around when I rejoice.
Michelle was the pillow which I dug my fingers into when I was in pain during the time I was having two weeks of stomach flu, and when I was having an incredibly high fever.
I brought michelle down to chinese tuition when I was in primary four.
I took michelle along with me in the car when I went to school one morning.
I called her michelle because I had heard that name in Seasons in the Sun and I thought it was a really nice name. :)
Michelle was with me whenever I cried after mum caned me for not memorizing my science or making careless mistakes for english and science in primary school.
Michelle was with me when I was so happy after returning from the 5566 hand-shaking session and 5566 concert. I was tossing her round and round as I recounted each little detail of the only time I ever got to meet 5566 and see them up-close.
Michelle was on the sofa beside my computer when I had to stay up late to complete my performance tasks.
Michelle was with me when I had to talk but just couldn't find anyone to talk to.
I have to touch michelle's corner in order to fall asleep. Even if i'm dead tired, I simply have to touch the yellowish corner.
Michelle's corner has been stitched up two times because it got torn sometimes. After all i'd been touching her corner since I was three years old.
Mum tried to confiscate Michelle from me in primary 2, but soon I risked everything to get her back. In the middle of the night, I crept into my maid's room, stood up on two chairs and was finally tall enough to reach out to the top shelf of the wardrobe to get my michelle back.
I love michelle! No matter how yellow michelle's corners become, I will never replace her with a new pillow!
I LOVE YOU MICHELLE THE PILLOW AND MICHELLE SOH!
